FoodMenusHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") applicable to internet service providers. This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how to notify us of allegedly infringing material, how we respond to such notices, and how content may be restored through a counter-notification.
Our Commitment to Copyright
FoodMenusHub is an informational directory that organizes publicly available information about restaurant menus, prices, and locations. We make good-faith efforts to ensure that the content we publish does not infringe the rights of others. If you believe that material available on our Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by following the instructions below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a written notification to our designated agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notification (a "Notice") must be a written communication that includes substantially all of the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and that you want removed or access to which you want disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, such as the specific URL(s) on the Site.
- Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.
- A good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response to a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a Notice that satisfies the requirements of the DMCA, FoodMenusHub will act expeditiously to:

- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which FoodMenusHub may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Notice or an agent of such person.
Please send your counter-notification to [email protected] with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.
What Happens After a Counter-Notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the party who submitted the original Notice. If that party does not notify us within ten (10) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it, generally within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receiving the counter-notification. The timeframe and procedures follow the requirements of the DMCA.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, FoodMenusHub has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site or remove any content of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
